How it works
Three clear steps from documents to a reviewed working analysis.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is CourtReadySupport.co.uk a solicitors' firm?
No. It provides practical court preparation and McKenzie Friend support. It does not act as a solicitor or barrister.
Can you speak for me in court?
A McKenzie Friend does not automatically have a right to address the court. Any participation beyond quiet support, note-taking and help with papers is for the court to decide.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Include your hearing date or deadline, the court if known, what documents you have and the kind of support you need. Avoid sending highly sensitive documents in a first message.
Do I still need legal advice?
You may need regulated legal advice where legal rights, settlement, child safety, finances, appeals or serious consequences are involved.
